Refunds & Returns
Refunds are available within 14 days for certain items and non-returnable/non-refundable items will be specified in the product details.
Original works are one of one. If you notice any damage to the box when receiving your artwork, take a photo of it before opening the box. If the artwork is damaged, take photos of the damage and send an email immediately. The artist reserves the right to use discretion in deciding whether or not to grant a exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Payments
You will pay for the product and shipping cost based on package dimensions and weight as calculated by USPS rates. The shop uses SSL for added security during checkout, and payments are processed through PCI compliant providers Paypal using secure TLS and HTTPS connections.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via USPS with a typical delivery time of 5 business days for domestic and 20 business days for international orders. It is important to keep in mind that there may be occasional USPS delays. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and tracking number.
